The synthesis of fluorescent derivatives of tacrolimus (FK506) comprises facilitation of transport, union and interaction of the pharmaceutical. Also claimed is a process using the derivatives. CLAIMED PROCESS - The process studies the FK506 union proteins present e.g. in extra-cellular fluids, through monitoring of the fluorescence emission intensity and polarisation.
