A cutting insert for use in a wellboremilling tool, characterised in that said cuttinginsert is provided with means (385, 375, 398,397, 476, 478) which will co-operate withanother cutting insert to inhibit inadvertentdislocation thereof. There is also disclosed acutting insert for use in a wellbore milling tool,said cutting insert comprising a body havinga base which can be mounted on a surfaceof said wellbore milling tool and a cuttingsurface bounded by linear boundaries whichextend from a first edge of the cutting insertto a second edge thereof said cutting surfacehaving a plurality of ridges (349) which extendbetween said linear boundaries, characterisedby four cutting surfaces, the linear boundariesof which are substantially parallel to oneanother.
