The invention relates to tetrahydro-5H-pyrimido[4,5-d]azepine compounds of Formula (I) that are useful in the treatment or prevention of diseases and/or behaviors that involve the 5-HTSUB2C/SUB receptor. The compounds of the present invention may also be used for the treatment or prevention of diseases and/or disorders including obesity, obesity-related disorders such as diabetes, feeding behavior disorders, eating disorders such as bulimia and anorexia nervosa, and premenstrual tension.
