Increase as the temperature increases from the reference current generation circuit providing a first current generation unit and the first sub-current which decreases as temperature decreases, and decrease when the temperature increases and generates a reference voltage which increases when the temperature decreases. In the second current generator and a reference voltage by using a MOS transistor operating in the linear region to generate the second sub-electric current to decrease when the temperature increases and increases as the temperature decreases. Summing the first sub-electric current and the second sub-electric current from the synthesis unit and provides the reference current. Thus, it is possible to provide a reference current receiving less influence of the temperature, voltage or process changes.
