An apparatus for cleaning smoke dust of a boiler is provided to reduce the loss of heat and the fuel consumption by securing excellent heat transfer of a heat transferring surface. An apparatus for cleaning smoke dust of a boiler includes a flange(24), a watering unit(30), and a controller. The flange is protruded from a hole formed at an upper portion of a heat transferring surface. A support member is engaged with the upper surface of the flange. An upper portion of a water supply pipe penetrates a water supply storage chamber. A lower portion of the water supply pipe extends to an upper portion of the heat transferring surface. A motor of the water supply pipe is connected to an upper portion of the watering unit and a nozzle is connected to the lower end of the watering unit. The controller controls a burner, a control valve, and the motor of the water supply pipe according to an output signal of the temperature sensor.
