In extreme positions of drive disk, cutting branches of tape-like knife define equal acute angles ranging between 5 deg and 30 deg, with bases of said angles being arranged along single straight line in opposite relation to one another. According to another version, apparatus has two tape-like knives whose cutting branches are arranged on outer surface of column, having section shaped as double-sided wedge.
