METHOD OF DIAGNOSING AND TREATING OF TUBERCULOUS SPONDYLITIS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method can be used for treatment of tuberculous spondylitis by means of inspection and readjustment of paravertebral congestive abscess. Treatment and diagnostics work provides introduction of puncture needle in hearth of pathology, tale of content for research and make of radical operation. Needle is introduced under control of ultrasonic testing. Drainage tube is introduced into hearth of pathology through the needle to perform permanent drainage. Laboratory testing of content of hearth of pathology is made as well as contrast X-ray testing of cavity.
