The arrangement has a region for inserting a fastening unit (3) through a construction unit e.g. guide rail (2) of a motor vehicle window lifter, and another region for supporting the fastening unit at another construction unit e.g. vehicle body part. Sealing unit arranged at the former construction unit locks an opening of the latter construction unit in a liquid and air tight manner, when the construction units are fastened together.
