The plectrum has cork inserts (2) arranged in passage openings that are disposed in disk shaped mold body (1). The cork inserts absorbs the sweat excreted from the fingers holding the plectrum. The cork inserts together with a surface of the mold body forms a flat upper surface. The cork inserts are arranged in the passage openings upto thirty percentage of the mold body thickness.
