The device has two parts, where one constitutes a body and other constitutes a head of the device. A fastening system fixing the two parts allows the parts to be disintegrated and the height of the body to be adjusted. The head includes a fabric layer forming two lips in which the body is inserted. An excessive fabric layer is folded and inserted into the lip for adjusting dimensions of the fabric layer.
