The device has a tank (6) for storing hydrogen supplied from the anode (4) of a fuel cell (5) and not consumed by the fuel cell. Valves (18, 19, 20) located in the downstream of the anode are controlled by a control unit (8) that controls the hydrogen flow rate not consumed in the anodic output supplying a burner (7). Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a hydrogen supply process of a fuel cell; and (B) a vehicle comprising a hydrogen supply device.
