The system has a hydrogen dosing device (8) arranged for dosing a hydrogen from a region, in which a medium i.e. hydrogen, has a pressure, predetermined mass flow and another pressure below the former pressure. The dosing device exhibits clock-controlled valve units (18, 19), and a flow path (21) is formed parallel to the valve units. A time-delayed valve unit (22) is arranged in the flow path, where the time delayed valve unit is designed as a proportional valve or switching valve.
