The invention provides a device of the handling of drops on a plane of movement by electrowetting, comprising at least one track of displacement. The track comprises an electrically insulating substrate at the surface of which are two or more conductive electrodes interdigitated. These electrodes are covered with an insulating dielectric layer, they - same covered with a layer of partially wetting. The present invention also relates to a method of manufacture of the device in which the creation of the layer of partially wetting comprises the creation of a mask made of photosensitive material by the deposition of this material on a substrate, a photolithographic stage, the development of the photosensitive material, the deposition of a material that is non wetting on the mask, at least one annealing, dissolution of the mask, and at least one annealing step after dissolving. Finally, the invention also provides a microfluidic system of analysis of a liquid sample, which comprises at least one means for the preparation of the liquid sample coupled to at least one device for the handling of droplets according to the invention, it - itself coupled to at least one means of analysis of the sample.
