The block has a lateral side (4) approximately perpendicular to upper and lower support sides (3, 2) of the block. A lateral side (5) has two parallel walls, inclined with respect to the lateral side (4), connected to the upper and lower sides by edges and connected between the parallel walls at a level of a median zone of the lateral side (5) by a plane positioning wall (8), parallel to the upper and lower sides. An independent claim is also included for a construction unit including two concrete blocks.
