The block has a rectangle parallelepiped shape defined by upper and lower assembling surfaces (2, 3), facing surfaces (4, 5) and lateral surfaces (6, 7). A wall tie hollow space (10) opens at a level of surfaces (2, 3) and forms a reservation for an installation of a wall tie. One of the lateral surfaces is flat, and the space (10) has an elongated shape, that is inscribed in a rectangle of length and width, where the length is equal to/higher than a thickness (e) of the block measured between the surfaces (4, 5). A lightening hollow space (15) opens at the level of the upper/lower surface.
