The device has lateral panels with a bracing truss (12) and lower horizontal panels (13) extending between the lower ends of the truss, in such a manner that the horizontal panels are flattened on a base (2). The lateral panels are extended below the horizontal panels to have a lateral support surface on the base. The lateral panels have a width equal to the height of the device.
