The element (1) has two angle panels (8, 10) respectively integrated by two of their four ends to two ends of an intermediate panel (9) along two corner pieces, and respectively perpendicular to the intermediate panel, where the element is made of a reinforced concrete. The panels have opposite directions with respect to their origins on the intermediate panel, and are in a vertical utilization position. Extended reinforcement irons (2) are placed towards lower edge of the panels, and anchored in a horizontal reinforced concrete base. An independent claim is also included for a method for implementing a prefabricated element.
