PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for confirming the operation of a crusher, a method for managing the accuracy of a pretreatment device for testing genes, and a sample analysis system, improving the reliability of the data of gene testing, by improving the reliability of crushing process as a pretreatment of gene testing.;SOLUTION: This method for confirming operation of the crusher which crushes a sample, containing cells extracted from a living body in a buffer solution, includes a process for varying the physical properties of the buffer solution, by crushing accuracy managing substance enclosing marker in the buffer solution by the crusher and liberating the marker into the buffer solution from the accuracy managing substance, a process for detecting changes in the physical properties, and a process for determining whether the crushing has been appropriate, based on the detection result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
