PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fast-acting herb liquor containing root of Rumex acetosa L., capable of readily giving fast-acting and action-promoting effect to liquors containing an active ingredient and capable of simply applying also to applications producing development of diversity.;SOLUTION: Root of Rumex acetosa L./ginger root are together dried and these roots are immersed in a drinking alcohol to provide a drinking alcohol in which active ingredients are extracted. The drinking alcohol is used as a stock solution excellent in medicinal effect and having fast-acting effect and persistency of these effects. Root of Rumex acetosa L. is dried and immersed in a drinking alcohol to provide a drinking alcohol in which active ingredients are extracted.
