PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a field investigation report creation support system capable of surely performing a filed investigation, providing common and quick work, and greatly reducing labor in the investigation and creating a report.;SOLUTION: In an investigation field, a defect icon is given to a CAD drawing on a mobile PC 4 and the icon is opened to write defect contents in an investigation card, and the defect is photographed by a digital camera 5. When the contents in the investigation card and data of the digital photograph are received in a server 1, the data of the digital photograph is associated with the investigation card, and an investigation report is created. From the investigation card, an amount of defects is calculated for each of the types or contents of the defect in each part, and based on a modification plan for the defect, a repair amount is calculated for each type and content of the defect in the part by multiplying a unit price of a material to be used by the amount, and then, a rough estimation amount is calculated by summing up the repair amounts.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
