PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate which is a simple structure and can remove a connector from a substrate without breaking down the connector and substrate, a connector, a connector remover, and a connector removing method. PSOLUTION: The connector remover removes the connector 100 where a terminal 120 is mounted into the substrate by being inserted into the substrate 200, and the connector 100 extruded from a base body 110 is removed by the terminal 120. The substrate 200, where a through-hole 220a to be closed by the base body to be mounted on the substrate is opened, includes a base 321 and a plurality of arms 322 extending from the base in line. Moreover, the substrate 200 includes a substrate supporter 320 which supports the substrate crossing over the connector by a plurality of arms from the surface with the connector mounted, an inserting bar 312 thinner than the through-hole, and an extruding portion 310 which extrudes the base body 110 of the connector through the through-hole from the side opposite to the side with the connector mounted.
