PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum phosphonate mesostructure thin film comprising an inorganic/organic hybrid skeleton of a non-silica composition and to provide a novel technique of enabling the synthesis of a mesoporous thin film.;SOLUTION: What is disclosed is an aluminum phosphonate mesostructure thin film which is a mesostructure enabled to take a thin film form by being formed from a transparent solution containing a phosphonic acid and an aluminum species and prepared under acidic conditions; an aluminum phosphonate mesoporous thin film wherein the formation of the mesoporous thin film is realized by removing only the surfactant from the mesostructure thin film by virtue of low temperature firing or the like; and methods for producing a mesostructure thin film and a mesoporous thin film comprising the step of controlling the structural regularity of an aluminum phosphonate thin film by utilizing the self-assembly phenomenone of a surfactant to produce the aluminum phosphonate mesostructure thin film and other steps.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
