HEAT-INSULATING PANEL OF VENDING MACHINE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating panel of a vending machine having a light weight as a whole by forming a surface sheet from a nonmetal lightweight material, and preventing damage of an internal heat-insulating material, with the nonmetal surface sheet, and keeping constant heat-insulating power. PSOLUTION: This panel is equipped with two rectangular surface sheets 4, 4 disposed in parallel at a prescribed interval, edge members 20, 21 inserted along each side 24, 24 of the surface sheets 4, 4, a foaming heat-insulating material 1 solidified in a space formed by the edge members 20, 21 and the surface sheets 4, 4, and a vacuum heat-insulating material 3 enclosed by a flat sealing bag integrated with the foaming heat-insulating material 1. Each surface sheet 4 comprises a glass fiber-including sheet. Inside surfaces of the surface sheets 4, 4 are in contact with the whole of both surfaces of the vacuum heat-insulating material 3. A screw receiving member 25 having a lower hole for screwing the screw is disposed integrally with the foaming heat-insulating material 1 in the space. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
