PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and method effective for prevention and treatment of human diseases such as Huntington's chorea (HD), articular rheumatism, etc., associated to Histone Deacetylase ([HDAC]) and/or Tumor Necrosis Factor Converting Enzyme ([TACE]). PSOLUTION: The invention relates to the composition for inhibiting Histone Deacetylase ([HDAC]) and/or Tumor Necrosis Factor Converting Enzyme ([TACE]) in living organisms, more particularly, the invention relates to the compositions involving 0.1-99 wt.%. of processed Morinda citrifolia L. plant products. The processed Morinda citrifolia L. plant products are extracted by water, ethanol, steam distillation extract from leaves of the Morinda citrifolia and concentrated fruits juice, etc., and the preparation can be administered simultaneously with other pharmaceuticals in a method selected from oral, intervenous and systemic administeration.
