PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for carrying out linear movement and control of inclination angle of a device which captures an image of a light box. PSOLUTION: The apparatus for carrying out the linear movement and the control of the inclination angle of the device which captures the image of the light box is constituted of the light box, a linear movement unit, a rotary unit and the fixing seat of the image capturing device. The linear movement unit is constituted of a servo motor, a ball screw, a linear sliding rail and a sliding table, and provides horizontal movement and vertical movement in the light box of the image capturing device. The rotary unit is constituted of a stepping motor, a worm gear and a worm wheel, provides the change of direction when the image capturing device slides and moves to the side of the light box, inclines the image capturing device to set the sight on a subject when the rotary unit slides and moves to appropriate photographic altitude by the linear movement unit.
