PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sea pollution diffusion preventing method and device capable of effectively preventing, with reduced labor, aquatic organisms from sticking to a float and a shielding member connected to the float and sunk in the sea.;SOLUTION: This sea-river pollution preventing device comprises the float, the shielding member connected to the float, and a synthetic resin sheet covering the shielding member, less than 1 mm in thickness with an area of each opening being 1-60 mm² and with the total plane area of all the openings being 20-80% to the whole plane area including the total plane area of all the openings.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
