PURPOSE: A connecting device for a connection pipe of a prefabricated concrete manhole is provided to prevent a water leakage on a through hole of a manhole and a joint of connection pipes, to prevent the underground water pollution and to cut down expenses by reducing the repair and re-construction of a manhole. CONSTITUTION: The connecting device for a connection pipe of a prefabricated concrete manhole(1) for preventing a water leakage comprises: three or more anchor bolts(2) fixed and projected around a through hole(12) at regular intervals; a hydrophilic rubber ring(3) inserted to an outer groove(121); a circular packing plate(4) formed on a circular inner wall and attached with anchor bolts(2) to make one side adhered closely to the surface of a lateral wall(11); a connecting nipple pipe(5) adhered closely to the hydrophilic rubber ring by inserting the inner end to the circular inner wall and the through hole, provided with a nipple pipe flange(51) pressing the other side of the circular packing plate(4) and a connection pipe; and a nut(6) fastened to the anchor bolt(2) projected to the outside of the nipple pipe flange(51).
