PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform automatic extraction of feeling polarity of language expression of a word or the like with high accuracy. PSOLUTION: This feeling polarity extraction device has: a network construction module M2 constructing a vocabulary network by extracting a language expression pair easy to have the same feeling polarity from corpus data DCP, thesaurus data DSR and word translation sentence data DTW of a dictionary by a morpheme analysis module M1 and connecting the pair; and a feeling polarity calculation module M3 calculating occurrence probability of a feeling polarity value about each piece of the language expression by use of a calculation method of a spin-system model on the basis of the vocabulary network constructed by the network construction module M2. By the feeling polarity calculation module M3, an approximate probability distribution function is calculated by use of average field approximation, and the feeling polarity of each word is decided.
