PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a musical piece distribution system capable of letting a user fully examine whether a musical piece should be purchased.;SOLUTION: In the musical piece distribution system for performing transfer of music piece data distribution services, in response to a request for transmission of a musical piece data, a server 11 is equipped with a music piece data transmission means to transmit the musical piece data to a user terminal apparatus 1 as a transmission requester; a broad casting station 21 is equipped with a reproducing key transmitting means to transmit a reproducing key with restriction of use showing authority for reproducing the musical piece data; and based on the reproducing key with restriction of use and the use restriction information on the reproducing key with restriction of use, the user terminal apparatus 1 is equipped with a reproduction control means to control reproduction of the musical piece data within the range of the use restriction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
