PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently realize transmission of pressure fluctuation from a vibration exciting chamber to a pressure receiving chamber through a second orifice passage over a plurality or wide frequency regions, while suppressing secondary high-order components, in a fluid sealing vibration control device provided with each of a balance chamber connected to a pressure receiving chamber through a first orifice passage and the vibration exciting chamber connected to the pressure receiving chamber through the second orifice passage.;SOLUTION: This device is provided with an elastic regulating plate 136 for narrowing or closing the second orifice passage 128. By elastically deforming the elastic regulating plate 136 by actuating the pressure fluctuation caused by the vibration exciting chamber 112 based on pneumatic fluctuation affected from the outside, substantial passage cross-sectional area of the second orifice passage 128, and in turn, tuning is automatically changed according to vibration for which a vibration control should be performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
