PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furring strips structure of a partition wall allowing the use of warped inexpensive stud wood and the use with light-gauge steel intermixed, low in cost with high working efficiency and stable in shape and strength.;SOLUTION: The furring strips structure forming the backing of an external facing panel of a partition wall which partitions the inside of a room has wooden head joints 11 on the ceiling side; a wooden sill 12 on the floor side; at least two wooden stud members 13A at both ends of the head joints and sill for connecting the head joints and the sill; and wooden horizontal furring strips members 16 horizontally arranged excluding a fittings fit-in part 14 and connected to the stud members 13 while having thickness not more than half of that of the stud members 13. The outer surface of at least one of the front and rear outer surfaces of the stud member is provided with recesses 15 recessed to be flush with the outer surface of the horizontal furring strips members 16 received by the outer surface of the stud member 13 while receiving the horizontal furring strips members 16, and the horizontal furring strips members 16 are provided simultaneously penetrating a plurality of stud members 13 in the positions of the recesses.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
