PROGRAM FOR EDITING IF SENTENCE AND METHOD FOR EDITING IF SENTENCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically edit a nested if sentence into an if sentence having a shallow nest.;SOLUTION: A logical structure of the nested if sentence in a source code is written in a control structure table in a computer having a template of a non-nested if sentence together with order of the truth/falseness showing a block having the fewer number of execution lines of blocks executed when a conditional statement of the if sentence is true and a block executed when the conditional statement is false. By using the template according to the control structure table, a condition of the truth/falseness of a conditional expression is replaced like such that the block having the fewer number of the execution lines is executed when the conditional expression is true of the block executed when the conditional statement of the if sentence is true and the block when the conditional statement is false, and the if sentence wherein the block executed when the conditional expression is true and the block executed when the conditional expression is false are replaced is prepared.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
