PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing Bacillus natto kinase as a thrombolytic enzyme at low cost, in a short time and in high yield without using any expensive and large-sized machine.;SOLUTION: The method for producing Bacillus natto kinase comprises binding the original Bacillus natto kinase to a phenolic compound to effect isolation of the aimed Bacillus natto kinase. Another version of this method comprises binding the original Bacillus natto kinase to a phenolic compound to effect extraction of crude Bacillus natto kinase followed by removing vitamin K and/or Bacillus natto-specific smell components from the extract in question using an alcohol.
