PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement clinker which exhibits sufficiently large flowability immediately after being kneaded, is suppressed in the change of flowability with time and has sufficient strength over a long time period after being set, when used as paste, mortar, concrete or the like, even when industrial wastes or byproducts are used in large quantities. PSOLUTION: The cement clinker comprises not more than 7 mass% of CSB3/SBA, 16-32 mass% of the total amount of CSB3/SBA and CSB4/SBAF, at least 12 mass% of CSB3/SBS, and at least 25 mass% of CSB2/SBS, when calculated by the Bogue's equation.
