Cement clinker, characterized in that it comprises Al2O3 and Fe2O3 whereinthe mass ratio of Al2O3/Fe2O3 is 0.05-0.62, and alkali components and C2Swhereinthe content Y (mass %) of alkali components and the content X (mass %) of C2Ssatisfy the formula: 0.0025X+0.15~Y~0.01X+0.8. The production of the clinkerallows the incorporation of alkali components into cement with an advantageouseffect of enhancement of the hydration of belite and also with suppression ofthelowering of flowability, which leads to the reuse of wastes containing alkalicomponents as a cement raw material.
