PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster restoration method and a disaster restoration system, capable of surely paying the restitution expense for a disaster-damaged dwelling house to a building owner.;SOLUTION: Building data 4 is set for a building of a customer who purchased the building, building estimated restitution expense data 7 which is estimated when disaster damage is determined based on the building data 4, and restitution guarantee fund data 10 including estimated restitution expense data 7 of a plurality of buildings is set.
