PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stair components capable of preventing a trouble such as the accumulation of rain water on the surface of a tread and a stair assembled with the stair components. PSOLUTION: The stair component 11 is equipped with a main body 14 of components comprising treads 12 and risers 13 made of polypropylene, and a mat portion 15 made of a soft material having water permeability on the surface of the tread 12 is provided. And by connecting together the stair components 11, a stair K can be formed on a sloped surface G. The mat portion 15 is made by forming a finely crushed chips of natural rubber into a sheet- shaped united body, and the moisture from an upper portion of the mat portion 15 passes through the inside of the mat portion 15 and then is drained from the rear surface of the mat portion.
