A method to reduce to its minimum expression Microbiological contamination in Onions, Garlic and / or Dehydrated. Essentially consists in treating the onion and garlic, Dehydrated through the application of a Fluid Spraying Hydrogen peroxide solution with the Moisturizing product, then Drying to the Moisture required.This Invention is applicable in particular to the Dehydrated onion and garlic Powder, however, its implementation is extensible to other similar Products, Dehydrated.
