The method for the alloplasty of the inguinal canal in frequently recurrent and compound hernias comprises the inguinal access, the use of polypropylene transplant, the fixation of the transplant to the internal oblique muscle, the suturing of the aponeurosis over the spermatic cord, the wrapping of the spermatic cord with the polypropylene transplant. The fixation beneath is provided to the iliopubic cord. The transplant is sewed throughout the perimeter in the area of the internal ring.
