摘要

The method for microsurgical access to the root of trigeminal nerve in experimental animals comprises craniotomy and pachymeninx cutting. The craniotomy is carried out by minibur and dental borers. Also the Carl Zeiss OPMI operating 14-power microscope and microinstruments are used. The access to the periotic bone and tentorium are made after the midline deviation of temporo-occipital part of brain. Tentorium is cut. It enables to visualize the root of trigeminal nerve.
