A method for production of milk-vegetable beverage based on tea with concentrated milk includes preparation of raw material, components mixing, holding, heating, filtration, cooling and end product prepackaging. Preparation of raw material provides for at first brewing black baikhovi tea in amount of 12 g with 200 ml of boiling water. Tea is infused during 7-10 minutes and simultaneously concentrated milk with sugar are dissolved in the amount of300 g with 500 ml of boiled water, dissolved concentrated milk is mixed with the infusion of black baikhovi tea, the mixture is held for 45 minutes in the closed dish, is sterilized under the temperature of 105 DEGREE C for 15 seconds, is cooled at the room temperature.
