A method for production of milk-vegetable beverage based on tea with unskimmed cow milk includes preparation of raw material which provides for at first brewing black baikhovi tea in amount of 12 g with 200 ml of boiling water. Tea is infused during 7-10 minutes, 700 g of hot unskimmed milk and 100 g of sugar are added, hot milk and infusion of black baikhovi tea are mixed, the mixture is held for 45 minutes in the closed dish, is sterilized under the temperature of 105 DEGREE C for 15 seconds, is cooled at the room temperature.
