Method for natural wood cladding of woodworking elements attached to miter and the resulting coated piece. The method comprises steps of providing a base piece (1) of agglomerate or DMF with a first coating (2) of elastic material to bent and making miter cuts (5) in said piece, forming a plurality of elements (40 , 41, 42) joined by means of the first coating. Furthermore, a second veneer (3) of wood veneer is applied to the first coating immediately after applying said first coating and before making the miter cuts, so that due to the bending elasticity of the first coating, the formed elements (40, 41, 42) they can be attached to miter without cracking of the second wood cladding. The material of the first coating (2) belongs to a group that includes PVC, PET, polyethylene, ABS, polystyrene, ostraform, nylon, flexible metal sheets and paper.
