PROCESS OF PRODUCING SUEDE-LIKE ARTIFICIAL LEATHER WHICH HAS LOW-MIGRATION

A method for manufacturing suede-like artificial leather having low migration is provided to prevent migration between a polyurethane layer and an inner polyester layer, thereby obtaining suede-like artificial leather having softness, good light fastness and friction fastness. A surface yarn is a polyester sea-island fiber dyeable with basic dyestuffs having 0.01-0.3 denier of single yarn fineness after elution. A back yarn is a general polyester filament having 1-3 denier of single yarn fineness. The surface yarn and the back yarn are knitted. The knitted fabric is processed through refining, drying, napping, polyurethane-immersing, drying, buffing, and alkali weight reduction processes. After the processes, the knitted fabric is dyed by basic dyestuffs.
