The sound receiving set(10) is mounted retractably and slidably on the sound generating set(20). The sound generating set(20) includes a guide unit and a circuit unit between two cases. The sound receiving set(10) slides on the guide unit. If the push button(117) is pushed down, the sound receiving set(10) moves in a front elongated spot on the sound generating set(20).
