Pass through a kind of system and method for network marketing, a profit model is provided to a website operator for distributing a profit of generating from internet content, one contents producer, and content user, by distributing the use for the UCC that profit has activated, generated from the UCC for the user for distributing UCC to the contribution according to each user. The system includes: that a UCC databases (110) store multiple UCC, a bonus calculator (120), a bonus supplier (130). Bonus supplier provides the profit to user by using a calculated result. It is corresponding with distributed UCC that system stores distribution path.
