PURPOSE: A system for commonly distributing the periodical marketing profits to the members of an on/offline Internet shopping mall is provided to offer a direct benefit by distributing the saved AD and the marketing expense due to the oral AD through the members, and the sales profits to the members, and give the additional profit to the member inducing other member. CONSTITUTION: An Internet shopping mall operating site selling goods on the online is constructed. While securing articles, and sharing the detail information and the data through the Internet shopping mall operating site, the sales and the purchase between the Internet shopping mall site and the members are continued on the online. A part of items from the secured articles is set to the initial article for the member subscription. A customer buying the initial article is fixed as the member. A predetermined ration of the total profits of the initial article is distributed to all members including the member subscribed up to the previous one month.
