A method for producing probiotics for soil and environmental improvement, and the probiotics produced thereby are provided to improve soil and remove environmental pollution source within a short period, produce safe agricultural products, and remove bad smell in the city. The production method of probiotics for soil and environmental improvement comprises the steps of: (i) mixing 0.001-0.02 parts by weight of at least one soil microorganism selected from Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus sonorensis, Bacillus sp. TUT1206, Bacillus sp. Q-12, Bacillus thermoamylovorans, Leuconostoc paramesenteroides and Pediococcus pentosaceus strain LM2632, 2-5 parts by weight of rice bran, 2-4 parts by weight of molasses, 2-4 parts by weight of sugar and water, and culturing the mixture at 20-25 deg.C for 15-21 days by aerating the mixture in an air supplying rate of 5-10 m^3/h for 1-3 hours in an interval of 2-6 hours 2-6 times per day to prepare the liquid microorganism complex; (ii) mixing 70-80 wt.% of the liquid microorganism complex with 20-30 wt.% of at least one raw cultivation material selected from rice bran, agricultural by-products and remaining food powder, and inoculating 0.01-0.1 wt.% of the soil microorganism seed into the mixture; (iii) culturing the mixture at 80-85 deg.C for 2-8 hours; and drying the cultured medium.
