PROCESS TO FORM PATTERNS OF A ALUMINUM PLATE

A method for forming patterns on an aluminum plate, which skips the heating process, completes the etching process in two steps, can form accurate patterns on the aluminum plate, displays various color tones, and prevents scratching of the aluminum plate, is provided. A method for forming patterns on an aluminum plate comprises: a process(P1) of preparing an aluminum plate; a process(P2) of adhering a tape on a remaining part of the aluminum plate except a grooved portion of the aluminum plate on which patterns are to be formed; a process(P3) of forming a film on the groove part; a process(P4) of dipping the film formed aluminum plate into water-based dyes to form a dye layer on an upper surface of the film; a process(P5) of adhering a photosensitive resin film onto an upper surface of the dye layer; a process(P6) of closely adhering a pattern printed film onto an upper surface of the photosensitive resin film; a photolithography process(P7) of irradiating ultraviolet rays onto the film; a process(P8) of removing the film, dipping the film-removed aluminum plate into a soda ash developer, and drying the developed aluminum plate; a process(P9) of degreasing the exposed dye layer and film; a short etching process(P10) of dipping the aluminum plate into an etchant and etching the aluminum plate to remove alien substances from the film degreased grooved part; a main etching process(P11) of dipping the aluminum plate into an etchant to form patterns on the aluminum plate; a process(P12) of washing and removing the photosensitive film and the tape remained on the aluminum plate, and drying the aluminum plate; and a process(P13) of forming a film on a front surface of the dried aluminum plate.
