A method of manufacturing grape leaf tea by roasting and rolling a young grape leaf is provided to reduce the sour and astringent taste of grape leaves remarkably and produce grape leaf tea having excellent palatability of taste, flavor and color without destruction of nutrients. A young grape leaf is washed, dehydrated, roasted at 150 to 250deg.C, dried to a moisture content of 10% and ground. The roasting process contains rolling and is repeated 2 to 4 times. Preferably, 0.5 to 1g grape leaf tea is infused in 1 to 2L boiling water of 70 to 100deg.C for 1 to 5min.
